The Ministry webpage has been updated again with some more information: http://www.rev.gov.on.ca/english/notices/ltt/0207.html It's basically what we posted in December, based on verbal information from the Ministry, but is now confirmed. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the proposal to be passed officially.
